This is my second year coming back to write a review. I moved to Toronto in 2020 and discovered Kush in Motion in 2021. Since then, I've probably hit every major dispensary in the GTA and KIM's business model beats every single one. They actually care about their customers, and it's not just the owner. Everyone from the budtenders to the delivery drivers are so passionate and patient. I have severe ADHD and always go back and forth about my choices, and each time I call, no matter who picks up, they always take their time in helping me find the right strain (even if it takes an hour deciding!) Between emailing, texting and calling, ordering from KIM is a dream. It's so easy! They pay attention to your order history and match you with exactly what you need, even if it's a strain you've never tried before. I just can't rave about these people enough. If you want to put your money where you KNOW you'll be taken care of, order from KIM 💯
